COACHING

I am an accredited coach, having trained with Emma Haughton and Isabel Mortimer at Relational Dynamics 1st. Coaching is a neutral, confidential, non-judgmental space where you can look at a positive change you want to make in your life or identify and work towards goals that are important to you. I have worked professionally for the last five years supporting professionals, community organisers and artists to develop their work and grow their practice, for organisations such as the Eden Project and Sound and Music as well as independently.

Coaching is a process which you can use to support you in making a positive change in your life. Coaching can support you with things like achieving a better work-life balance, taking the next steps in your career, resolving tensions at work or at home, gaining more confidence, working through limiting beliefs, and developing leadership skills. More broadly it is about supporting you in making a positive change in your life. It is a space for your unfettered thinking, where through active listening and asking powerful questions, I, as a coach, can help you develop clarity and self-awareness and support you in working towards what you really want.

As a coach, I will listen actively and support your reflection and thinking, leading to greater self-awareness, and deepening your understanding of what matters, what you want to work towards, and how to get there. I receive regular supervision to ensure I maintain a high standard of practice.

The coaching approach/method was a completely new experience for me, but I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked. It gave me a fresh perspective on things and I feel more confident and energised. The way you listened and the questions you asked helped to bring clarity and self-awareness.

FEES

I offer different fees for individuals and organisations, depending on the length and number of sessions you want to have. I offer a free taster session to anyone I'm working for the first time, so if you are not sure if this is the right thing for you, just get in touch and we can have a conversation about what you feel you need and whether this is the right fit for you. I see clients remotely (Zoom or phone) and in person in London. I can do one-off sessions or plan a series of sessions over a period of time, which we can agree together according to your needs and circumstances, and I can also recommend you to other coaches if I feel very strongly that another colleague's coaching style might be a better fit for your needs or communication style.
