COACHING
WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can work towards a positive change in your life. Through active listening and asking questions, I support your reflection and thinking, helping you develop clarity about what matters to you and how to move forward. Coaching is not about giving advice or solving problems for you—it is about creating space for your own thinking and self-awareness.
I have worked as a coach with artists navigating career transitions, developing sustainable creative practices, working through blocks or self-doubt, preparing for major projects and finding better balance between artistic work and other commitments. If you are looking for support with your creative practice, personal development or professional growth, coaching might be useful to you.
MY APPROACH
I am an accredited coach, having trained with Emma Haughton and Isabel Mortimer at Relational Dynamics 1st. I have worked professionally for the last five years supporting artists, musicians and professionals to develop their work and grow their practice, for organisations such as the Eden Project and Sound and Music as well as independently. As a coach, I will listen actively and support your reflection and thinking, leading to greater self-awareness and deepening your understanding of what matters, what you want to work towards, and how to get there.
I receive regular supervision to maintain a high standard of practice and work within professional ethical guidelines, including maintaining complete confidentiality.
The coaching approach/method was a completely new experience for me, but I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked. It gave me a fresh perspective on things and I feel more confident and energised. The way you listened and the questions you asked helped to bring clarity and self-awareness.

SESSIONS AND FEES
I work with individuals and organisations, offering both one-off sessions and longer programmes tailored to your needs. Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes and can take place remotely (Zoom or phone) or in person in London. Individual sessions typically range from £40-£100 depending on circumstances and session length. I offer reduced rates for artists on lower incomes and different arrangements for organisations.
