I am an accredited relational dynamics coach, having trained with Emma Haughton and Isabel Mortimer. Coaching is a neutral, confidential, non-judgmental space where you can look at a positive change you want to make in your life, or identify and work towards goals that are important to you. I have worked professionally for the last five years supporting community organisers and artists to develop their work and grow in their practice, for organisations such as the Eden Project and Sound and Music.

What is discussed about in a coaching session is entirely determined by you, the coachee. Coaching as a space can often support with things like gaining more confidence, working through limiting beliefs, developing leadership skills, or making any positive change in your life, whether at work, at home, in your creative practice. It is a space that can support your unfettered thinking and, through asking questions, can help you clarify and work towards positive changes you want to make.

As a coach, I will listen actively and support your reflection and thinking, leading to greater self-awareness, and deepening your understanding of what matters, what you want to work towards, and how to get there. I receive regular supervision to ensure I maintain a high standard of practice.

I offer different fees for individuals and organisations. If you are an individual, my standard rate is £40 per session (60 mins) and I am happy to offer reduced rates depending on your circumstances. I offer a free taster session to anyone I'm working for the first time, this is so we can meet each other, hear about your interest in coaching, explain a bit about how I work, and see if this is a good fit. I see clients remotely (Zoom or phone) and in person in London. I can do one-off sessions or plan a series of sessions over a period of time, which we can agree together according to your needs and circumstances.
