COACHING
WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can work towards a positive change in your life. Through listening and asking questions, I support your thinking and reflection, helping develop clarity about what matters to you and how to move forward. The focus is on creating space for your own thinking and self-awareness, rather than on advice or solutions.
I have worked with artists navigating career transitions, developing sustainable creative practices, working through blocks or self-doubt, and finding better balance between artistic work and other commitments. If you are looking for support with your creative practice, personal development or professional growth, coaching might be a good fit.
MY APPROACH
I am an accredited coach, having trained with Emma Haughton and Isabel Mortimer at Relational Dynamics 1st in 2022. Over the past ten years I have worked professionally with artists, musicians and professionals for organisations including the Eden Project and Sound and Music, as well as independently, offering coaching and creative support. I receive regular supervision and work within professional ethical guidelines, including maintaining complete confidentiality.
As an artist, parent, and creative professional, I am interested in transitions, places of challenge that may also present opportunities for positive change. I think there is something special about those times when we know we need to make some changes and might be unsure as to what to let go or how to think clearly about what to do next, or even building the confidence and grounding to move forward while staying with the uncertainties that transitions are often characterised by.
I offer sessions focused purely on coaching, as well as sessions that blend coaching with broader creative support. We can discuss which approach suits you best in an initial discovery session.
The coaching approach/method was a completely new experience for me, but I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked. It gave me a fresh perspective on things and I feel more confident and energised. The way you listened and the questions you asked helped to bring clarity and self-awareness.

SESSIONS AND FEES
I work with individuals and organisations, offering one-off sessions and longer series tailored to your needs. Sessions are typically 60 minutes (and can run between 45 and 90 minutes) and can take place online, by phone or in person in London. Fees are £40–120 depending on your circumstances, session length and whether arranged directly or via an organisation. From time to time I have space for pay-what-you-can sessions, which I announce on LinkedIn, or you are welcome to email and ask.
